Little Eagle Rosé 2022
This wine showcases a pale pink colour, which leads to delightful aromas of pomegranate and fresh summer fruit. This follows to a textured palate, balanced by lively acidity and a signature minerality, associated with the wine’s cool climate origin.

A selected Merlot component was hand harvested during early morning hours to ensure desired freshness in the grape. Only the highest quality juice was extracted. With emphasis on the desired colour and aromatics during extraction process. Other components of the Rosé were also produced through extracting a percentage of juice from Shiraz, Merlot & Cabernet Franc grapes from the farm. After fermentation, complementary components were selected and blended for the final wine. A light filtration preceded bottling in May 2022.
This wine showcases a platinum pink hue. On the nose summer fruit aromas of strawberry, raspberry and watermelon are underpinned by a fresh, zest core. On the palate the delicious fresh summer fruit flavours are further complimented by beautiful minerality. These flavours lead to a full, textured palate, perfectly balanced with fresh acidity.
