Returns Policy

Product Quality Guarantee:

At Eagles’ Nest, we are committed to ensuring the quality of our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

Return Eligibility:

  • You may return any faulty or damaged wine for a replacement or refund at your discretion, with the current vintage shipped with our compliments.
  • Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund if the return is due to our error (e.g: you received an incorrect or defective product) or if you received damaged goods.

Cancellation and Refunds:

  • Cancellations should be made in writing one week prior to your shipment. Failure to cancel your order prior to shipment may result in restocking fees.
  • Where you have paid by credit card, we will process any refunds to the credit card used for the purchase. In any other case, we will refund you by EFT payment.

 

Late Delivery:

If your products are not delivered within the agreed delivery period, as specified in the terms and conditions, you are entitled to cancel your purchase with 7 days’ notice. The products in question must be returned in their original state, including all labels. Any such cancellation must be done by email to wineclub@eaglesnestwines.com. We will then refund you within 30 days after the date of such notification.
