Wine Club Membership:

  • All communication will be conducted via email.
  • Members are entitled to a 15% discount on cellar door pricing.
  • Any changes to club shipments, including shipping address, payment details, or actual wine, must be submitted in writing via email at least one week prior to release.
  • Complimentary delivery within South Africa is available for orders of 12 bottles or more.
  • If no correspondence is received from the Member, cancelling their allocation, return shipping fees will be paid by the member.
  • Wine will be dispatched after a successful payment receipt.
  • Any faulty or damaged wine will be either replaced or refunded at the discretion of the customer with the current vintage and shipped with compliments.
  • Cancellation may be done in writing one week prior to my shipment. Failure to cancel your order prior to shipment may result in restocking fees.

Delivery Policy:

  • The offerings on this website are available to South African clients only.
  • Members receive courier tracking details via email.
  • Average delivery times: 3-5 working days. Delays may occur.
  • Deliveries take place on weekdays during business hours.

Return and Refunds Policy:

  • The provision of goods and services by Eagles’ Nest is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Eagles’ Nest will refund the client in full within 30 days.
  • Cancellation of orders by the client will attract an administration fee. Damaged goods during transit will be replaced with either a similar or exact vintage (when available).
  • Late Delivery: The Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (“ECT Act”) entitles you to cancel your purchase with 7 days’ notice if the products you have purchased are not delivered within the agreed delivery period as specified in The Supplier terms and conditions. The product(s) in question must be returned to The Supplier in their original state, including all labels. Any such cancellation must be done by email: The Supplier will then refund you within 30 days after the date of such notification.

  • Payment may be made via Visa or MasterCard

Card Acquiring and Security:

  • Card transactions will be acquired for Eagles’ Nest via PAYSTACK, who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks.


  • Eagles’ Nest takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction, including the sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution, and delivery of goods.

Country of Domicile:

  • This website is governed by the laws of South Africa, and Eagles’ Nest chooses South Africa as its domicile for all purposes under this agreement.


  • Eagles’ Nest may, at its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
